Coastal Foot and Ankle Center, LLC offers comprehensive podiatric care for the young and old. For over 25 years, Dr. Frederic Spector has provided both office and hospital foot care to patients of southeast Georgia and the low country of South Carolina.

Foot surgery is performed at Candler Hospital, Memorial Health University Medical Center, and at our office.
